By accessing and using the UnifiedHiring platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

UnifiedHiring provides a technical interview platform that enables employers to assess candidates through coding challenges in a cloud-based environment. The Service includes screen recording, code editing, and submission tracking capabilities.

3. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and interviews
• Complete assessments independently without unauthorized assistance
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Not share, copy, or distribute interview content or questions
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts during assessments
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content on the platform

4. Screen Recording Consent

By participating in an interview session, you consent to having your screen recorded for the duration of the assessment. These recordings are used solely for evaluation purposes and are shared only with the hiring organization. You will be notified and asked to confirm consent before any recording begins.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by UnifiedHiring or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any technical issues that may affect your interview session.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnifiedHiring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
